I. Warranty
Saunas
- 12 month warranty on wood components against defective material and/or workmanship of cabinetry.
- Since the wood used in our infra-red saunas and hot rock saunas has been kiln dried, a certain amount of expansion and contraction occurs in the wood within a sauna environment. This may result in minor cracks, which is considered normal and not covered under warranty. All wood structures may be subject to minor dents, scratches and scuffing. This is normal and will not affect the integrity or operation of your sauna. Variations in the colour or grain, and cosmetic irregularities are part of the natural beauty of the wood and in no way should be considered defects.
- 12 month warranty on heating elements and electrical components.
- The CD/DVD/LCD system carries its own 6 month manufacturer’s warranty.
- Warranty is not transferable between parties and only valid to the original purchaser.
- Proof of original purchase must be provided.
Warranty Labour
Labour at our factory is free of charge during the warranty period as well as parts. The customer is responsible for shipping warranted product to our premises at their expense.
Warranty Disclaimers
Saunas
1 person – 1 person max110kg
2 person – 100kg per person
3 person – 100kg per person
4 person – 100kg per person
Should the above weights limitations be exceeded, this will result in structure damage and deformation of the overall wooden shell. This will not be covered under warranty.
Maintenance – saunas are to be cleaned after every use with anti bacterial spray. The wooden walls are to be wipe down to prevent damp & mould soaking into the wood which can cause severe cracks.
Use- The saunas are for personal and home use only. Use in hotels, gyms, spas, offices, public spaces, residential lettings and any other commercial premises will invalidate the warranty and we will not be responsible for any damage/defects.
II. Liabilities
- The Miracle Sauna and any of its subsidiaries and/or associates shall not be held responsible for any misuse of the products by the customer. UK Sauna shall not be held liable for any damage and/or injury caused by customer misuse of product.
- The Miracle Sauna and any of its subsidiaries and/or associates do not provide medical guidance or diagnosis. It is always recommended that you contact your physician for advice.
III. Complaints
We aim to provide a high level of service to our customers. Where customers feel they have cause to raise a complaint it is important to us that these are dealt with objectively, fairly and within an acceptable time frame.

You can also phone us on +44(0)7962317345 to discuss your issue but we will need a written compliant to follow. Please always include the following details to enable us to investigate your complaint:
- Your full name and preferred contact details
- Your Invoice/order number
- Full details of your complaint
- Copies of relevant paperwork
- Supporting evidence where applicable
- Preferred outcome of compliant
- Any other relevant information
We will always try to resolve your complaint immediately. We will send you a written response with 3 days outlining the actions we are taking/will take and requesting any further details from you.
IV. Assembly
These saunas are sold for self assembly by the customer. If you require assistance, we will be happy to guide you, subject to our availability, by email, phone or video call. A helpful guidance video can be accessed on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bheu1rDvy38
If you require assembly assistance from our team in person this will be subject to our availability and at a cost of £200 per visit (including VAT) for addresses in England. Addresses in Scotland and Northern Ireland may incur a surcharge which we will inform you prior to arranging the visit. If, upon inspection, a defect is noted in our product, we will refund this charge and our Refund and Replacement policy will apply.
